Sifu Sergio speaks on the power of the spirit

Dear Friend,

In just a few moments I am going to "bare my soul" by telling you a series of intensely personal stories about my life. As I relate them to you, I will do far more than tell you about my success ... I will introduce you to your own.

But before we go there, let me ask: How would you like to go through each and every day with an over-powering feeling of success coursing through your veins? How would you like to attract success to yourself like bits of steel drawn to a magnet?

How would you like to end ALL self-sabotage once and for all? To blast through ANY and ALL obstacles? To overcome fear, guilt, worry, self-doubt as well as the pangs of previous mistakes and failures? To achieve anything and everything you earnestly desire from life - faster and easier than most people can possibly believe?

But I will agree with you on one thing: Many of us have been sold a bill of goods about life having to be a struggle, filled with nothing but endless years of hard work, heartache, pain and agony. Yet, the truth of the matter is that the mega-successful people have always found a way to hit their targets and goals without all the drudgery so many people accept as "the way it is."

My name is Sergio Pascal Iadarola and i have been studying martial arts for most of my life, i have traveled all around Europe and Asia to learn  from the best of the best these continents had to offer. Currently i am a master in two Chinese Kung Fu systems, grand master of the International Wing Tjun Kung Fu Association as well as holding a brown belt in Kodokan judo and black belt in karate. I give seminars all around the world and have the number one Kung Fu school in the Netherlands if we look at members. i have been featured in several Kung Fu magazines and  appeared in Chinese kungfu books and even on Chinese national tv, recently i was on Korean national television for a documentary about eastern martial arts in Europe. My daily emails draw custumors from over 20 countries. My international association and alliance are some of the most successful in the martial arts world with even my instructors and representatives in different countries giving seminars that surpass the magic 100 number.

Good question. The answer is my success has everything to do with YOU. Why? Because success leaves clues. No one succeeds by accident. And no one succeeds without standing on the shoulders of giants. I am no exception. You'll see what I mean when you read about my struggles earlier in life.

Before I Learned The Secret of the power of the Spirit - Life Was Not So Rosy In case you're impressed with my credentials - bear in mind that before I learned "the secret" to real and lasting success, everything was a struggle. I had no money. I had no good friends. I had shitty jobs. two failed relationships, and what bugged me more than anything is that I had desires I wanted to fulfill - but did'nt have a clue as to HOW

I'll get into this in more detail shortly - but for now suffice to say that I have lived in poverty, hell i still remember my days living in Betondorp Amsterdam eating beans from a can every single day. Just the thought of that makes me wanna vomit again. I know what it's like to have no money left in my wallet - or my bank account. I know what it's like to be tens of thousands of Euro's in debt. 

I know what it's like to fail. I know what it's like to be humiliated and embarrassed in front of a lot of people in the heat of athletic competition. I know what it's like to be crushed, so overcome with grief from an unwanted loss that I viewed myself as a failure.

I also know what it's like to be born with a weak body. As a small child i was several times very close to death one time my mother rushed me to Amsterdam from Italy and it was almost to late I was about half an hour from dying. I suffer from severe asthma, in my youth every year I had to go to the hospital for a sinus flush otherwise it was impossible for me to breath normally until finally at the age of 18 I received surgery to fix the problem. Because of these problems my weight was far below average for a man my age, I mean at the age of 18 you should not weigh a meagerly 55 kilos

As a result of these handicaps there was significant mental scarring.

So, believe me when I say that I know what it's like to live with inner turmoil; to lack confidence in oneself.

I know what it's like to look in the mirror and want to look the other way. I know what it's like to think that I would never find love; that no woman would ever love me; that with my handicaps I would never fulfill my lifelong desires, which included becoming a Kung Fu master like my childhood idol Bruce lee as well as a teacher and owning my own martial art school . Most people are scared to death of public speaking, right? Well, so was I.

But do you know what? There's a way out. There's a way up and over and through all the unpleasant circumstances you may find yourself in during your journey here on earth. It may be easier to focus on this other place if we simply call it "the light at the end of the tunnel."

I know what it's like to walk toward that light. And I know what it's like to emerge all the better for having the courage to take the risk, to make the decision for the good life, to "go for it" regardless of all my so-called imperfections and limitations.

Now, there are many things I can tell you about myself that I believe you can relate to, but before I go into more detail - I want to say that I sincerely hope you are moved and inspired by my words. I tell my story, not to brag or boast - but to show you the ever-expanding range of possibilities available to you if you simply take the time to learn how to focus on what you want and once you have the idea in mind, to go get it - no matter what your personal list of reasons or excuses may be.

You've done it again, another truly inspiring DVD.  I have spent 25 years training, researching and immersing myself in martial arts and self development and am always impressed by your knowledge and openness. Having seen the greatest self development guru's such as Anthony Robbins I put you up there with the greats. How I Got started with Kung Fu

At the time I did everything in secret as my parents didn't want me to do a martial art that had anything to do with kicking and punching Judo was ok but everything else was a big NO. Years past and at the age of 16 with my grandfather passing away and inheriting some money about 7000 Euro's at the time, I paid my Kung Fu teacher (Sifu) the 7000 which funny enough was the exact amount the teachers course cost to become an assistant instructor at the school. Later on I found out that had i inherited 13000 then thats what the course would have cost but what did I know, heck I was a 16 year old kid with a dream.

Eventually around 1993 I received my first technician degree which is the equivalent of a black belt in karate.

After attending many seminars around Europe I realised that my level was not at the standard that my teacher made me believe I was.

Comparing and training with many different people with the same degree made me realize my teacher was cheating me. Hell if a person training twice a week is better than me who trained every day in a special instructors class, something had to be wrong. I mean its not like i had no talent

So over the next few years i started again from scratch with 4 other teachers. Believe me when I say that to tell you the story in full this web page would be around one kilometers long. The conclusion of this story is that having started 4 times from the absolute beginning and every time finding out that I was being cheated or not being taught the authentic system I had enough and decided to travel to Hong Kong.

To train with the source directly under the Grandmaster of the association itself, which by itself is worth writing a novel about as it was made almost impossible for me and anyone else through ingenious political games.

Through persistence and love for the art I managed to start my private traning under the grandmaster in 1997-2001 often staying in Hong Kong several months getting hours of private training every day and learning the most advanced Kung Fu theories during my many dinners with my kung fu teacher. Also in these years i learned the most powerful tool in existence to control the SPIRIT.

Eventually returning to Europe and becoming the teacher of  many of my past teachers, building within 2 years from nothing a martial arts association of over 6000 people becoming an instant success only to lose it almost totally 2 years later. I experienced 2 years of bad luck, trusting the wrong people etc etc or wasn't it bad luck? was it maybe something else? 

What was it that put me into the zone during those "success" years? and what took me out of the zone in the "failure" years?

The answer came when I started my education in the Chi Sim Wing Tjun system under Grand Master Cheng Kwong who really took me deep into the spiritual side of Kung Fu. Grand Master Cheng Kwong Grandmaster Cheng Kwong introduced me to SHEN the power of the Spirit one of the Ten Wisdoms of the Southern Shaolin temple.   And it all started with this question: Cheng Seung Mo (which is my Chinese name given to me by my Sifu, Kung Fu father) do you realize who you really are? are you aware of your real potential? Yes of course i am i answered, looking at the mirror in the school.   Ha Ha if you think thats what you are the one in the mirror you have a lot to learn Cheng Seung Mo. Why? I am confused Sifu i replied, is it not me Sergio that i am seeing in the mirror? Yes maybe, but who is Sergio? if you look in the mirror in 50 years time you see a totally different Sergio one who thinks differently acts differently looks differently. So should you not have a different name? or go back 25 years and look in the mirror that was a Sergio who played with Lego etc. do you understand Cheng Seung Mo? Ok that makes sense but what do you want to say with this Sifu? what can I do with this knowledge? Cheng Seung Mo I will teach you now your most powerful lesson yet in Kung Fu.  I will teach you to travel in the past and future, to be able to create anything you want in life, have everything you want in life - do you want that? Of course, but thats impossible I replied,is it not? Cheng Seung Mo can you please take a Chinese temple in your mind, do you see it? exactly how it's built, its structure etc Yes i replied So Cheng Cheung Mo, who is looking at the temple? thats the real you in Kung Fu, we call it Shen the spirit.  What did you eat yesterday? Koe Lo Kai i replied See I told you, you can travel to the past. So where and what do you want to have in one years time? Look at it, make a picture of it in your mind and use the spirit to go there.
